Rules & User Agreement

Open Movement provides educational content about yoga routines, movement habits, and calm pacing cues. Practice is self-guided: you choose your range, speed, and supports.

Comfort-first is encouraged. If a movement feels too intense, reduce the range, bend knees in folds, or pause for one breath. Walls and chairs are welcome supports. The goal is repeatable practice—steady today and easy to return to tomorrow.

The content is intended for personal learning and self-guided practice. Please do not copy or redistribute site text as your own product.

  • You may share links to our pages.
  • You may reference routines in your personal notes.
Comfort pacing calm

Keep breathing smooth. If breathing becomes strained, slow down or choose a smaller range before adding depth.

  • Two-round rule: stop after two rounds.
  • One-breath transitions: pause, inhale, move on exhale.
  • Support is welcome: wall, chair, folded towel.

Course prices are displayed on the main page in USD (your payment method may charge in PEN). Submitting the checkout form creates a course request. If you need to cancel, you may request cancellation within 24 hours of confirmation if access has not been provided yet. After access is delivered, refund requests are reviewed individually.
